We will explore where we lack or overdo physical, emotional, and energetic boundaries, and address these findings with empowerment, wisdom, compassion, and energy practices.
We will learn about and practice different methods of energetic, emotional, and spiritual protection so we can maintain our focus, vitality, and power to find and maintain our highest path and daily experiences
